Yulia Yurchenko is an Operations Executive and Senior Expert at the Ukraine Facility Audit Board Secretariat. With a background in project coordination at DAI, Yulia worked on several EU-funded initiatives, including the implementation of EU practices in accounting and financial reporting in Ukraine from 2020 to 2025. Prior roles included coordinating projects focused on capacity building for the State Energy Efficiency Agency and providing technical assistance in the financial sector. Yulia holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Management, and Consulting from Kyiv National Economics University, earned between 2004 and 2009.
