DAIBIRU CORPORATION is mainly engaged in the land and buildings leasing business, building management business and other business. The Company has two business segments. The Land and Building Leasing segment specializes in the leasing and subleasing of office buildings, hotels and condominiums. The Building Management segment is engaged in the management of buildings. The Company is also involved in the design, supervision, contract construction and construction management of buildings and facilities.
