Kathy McCrorie

Kathy McCrorie is the Head of Human Resources at Daifuku Intralogistics America, responsible for overseeing all HR functions in a materials handling manufacturing and services organization. With a strong background in HR and quality assurance, Kathy has held various HR leadership roles in companies such as Fluke Corporation, Ralcorp, and Parco Foods. Kathy has a BA in Accounting and an MBA in Management Practices from Governors State University. Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.
