Marilia Oliveira possesses extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, currently holding a position in Medical Excellence at Daiichi Sankyo Brasil since June 2023. Previously, Marilia held various managerial roles at MDHealth from February 2021 to June 2023, including Project Management Officer and Gerente de Planejamento e Qualidade, focusing on team management, process governance, and the establishment of KPIs. Prior to MDHealth, Marilia worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from May 2012 to January 2021, where responsibilities included business support coordination, payment process consolidation, and cross-sector collaboration for process improvements. Marilia's career began in finance and human resources at Unibanco and ITAU, leading to a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Sant'Anna, obtained in 2007.
