Claire Spinks-Gillen

Claire Spinks-Gillen is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the HR, Communications and Facilities Director at Daiichi Sankyo UK Ltd since April 2011, Claire is responsible for comprehensive HR functions, including change management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, policies and procedures, and HR information systems. Previous roles include HR Consultant at Arqiva and HR Officer positions at Grant Thornton UK LLP and Pioneer GB Ltd. Claire holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Buckinghamshire New University, completed between 2006 and 2008.
