Amanda Pezalla

Amanda Pezalla currently serves as the Head of Government Affairs & Public Policy at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. since February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Assistant General Counsel at PhRMA from January 2016 to February 2022 and Manager of Regulatory Policy at the American Academy of Dermatology from February 2015 to January 2016. Amanda began a legal career as an Associate at Arnold & Porter LLP from 2005 to 2009 and completed an internship at the U.S. Department of Justice in 2003. Legislative experience includes serving as Senior Legislative Assistant to Congressman Bill Luther from 1999 to 2002 and a Leland Fellow at the Congressional Hunger Center from 1998 to 1999. Amanda holds a JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and another JD from Georgetown University Law Center, along with a BA, magna cum laude, in Political Science and Spanish from Macalester College.
