Chenchao Gao, Ph.D., MBA Candidate, currently serves as Associate Director of Global Project Management Leadership at Daiichi Sankyo US, having held various regulatory roles since September 2020, including Global Regulatory Program Manager and Manager of Regulatory Affairs. Prior experience includes Clinical Regulatory Senior Specialist at Seagen, where responsibilities involved supporting FDA approvals for an NDA and sBLA and managing regulatory strategies for multiple oncology studies, as well as Clinical Regulatory Specialist at Genentech, focusing on multiple global clinical studies and interactions with health authorities. Chenchao's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology from Rutgers University and an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School expected in 2026, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Rowan University.
