Dale E. Shuster

Dale Shuster is a seasoned executive in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in oncology and precision medicine. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Precision Medicine at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., Dale has previously held the position of Vice President of Global R&D within the same company. Prior roles include Executive Director and Senior Director of Clinical Development Oncology at Daiichi Sankyo Pharma Development, as well as Director of Oncology at both Eisai Medical Research and Eisai Inc. Additionally, Dale's career began at Schering-Plough as a Research Fellow. Dale Shuster earned a degree from the University of Kentucky between 1983 and 1987.
