Donna Holder

Donna Holder is an accomplished leader in the field of Medical Affairs, with extensive experience in oncology and innovative digital strategies. At Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., Donna served as Executive Director and Head of Global Oncology Medical Affairs Digital Strategy & Innovation, and previously held the role of Senior Director for Global MSL Excellence in Oncology. As an Executive Committee Member and Co-Lead for the Field Medical Focus Area Working Group at the Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS), Donna has further contributed to the field. Prior roles include Executive Director at Merck, where Donna led the Global Field Medical Center of Excellence, and similar leadership positions at AstraZeneca, focusing on Medical Science Liaison capabilities and operational excellence across various therapeutic areas. Donna holds a PharmD from the University of Michigan.
