Lauren Persad is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles across prominent pharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as Senior Director and Human Resources Business Partner at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. since July 2021, Lauren's previous positions include Director of Global Human Resources at Bristol Myers Squibb and multiple HR director roles at Celgene. Earlier career experience includes significant HR positions at Merck and Organon, where Lauren advanced from HR Administrator to Senior HR Associate. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The College of New Jersey.
