Teresa Akersten

Teresa Akersten is an accomplished professional in editorial content and communications with extensive experience across multiple media platforms. Currently serving as Associate Director of Editorial Content at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. since August 2021, Teresa previously worked as a Publicist at diaz schloss, where responsibilities included media relations and social media strategy development for clients in the food and beverage sector. Teresa also operated as a Communications Consultant and held editorial roles, including Local Editor at Patch, where oversight of numerous hyperlocal websites and content creation were key responsibilities.
