Michael Radovan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michael recently served as the Director of Medical/BioPharma Segment at Daikin America, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Marketing at Biomerics and held the position of Global Marketing Director & Participating Member of the Board at Fiberguide Industries. Michael also served as the Director of Business Development - Life Sciences at ITW Simco-Ion, Technology Group, and as the Global Product Management Head at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In the earlier stages of their career, they held various positions at Hemcon Medical Technologies, HTD, ITW Paslode, ITW Buehler, and Abbott Laboratories.

Michael Radovan has completed an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, they have also participated in the Northwestern University Kellogg Executive Program on Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to this, Michael obtained a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
