Nicholas Chan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning industry. Currently serving as General Manager of Applied Product Management and Marketing at Daikin Industries, Nicholas has held various key roles since joining in July 2018, including Deputy General Manager and Senior Regional Product Management Manager. Prior to this, Nicholas worked at Johnson Controls as Regional Business Development Manager, where strategic business planning was a primary focus. Experience also includes a position as Strategic Business Development Manager at Ingersoll Rand, overseeing Asia Merger and Acquisition Projects, and roles at Trane, where Nicholas developed prioritized vertical markets, and McQuay International, managing marketing for the China region. Early career experience includes sales engineering roles at McQuay International and York. Academically, Nicholas holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, both from the University of Melbourne.
