Ridhwan Razali

Ridhwan Razali is a Senior Product Development Engineer at Daikin Malaysia Sdn Bhd, having joined the company in March 2022 after serving as a Product Development Engineer. Prior to this, Ridhwan held the position of Innovation Lead/Product Engineer at UMW from January 2019 to March 2022, where management of projects from ideation to pre-commercialisation was key, along with responsibilities in technical, financial, and project management areas. Ridhwan started the career as a Graduate Management Trainee at UMW, rotating through three business units and developing a project proposal for senior management. Early experience included an internship at GAMUDA, focusing on producing workflow SOPs for an industrialised building system production line, and a role as a substitute teacher at Sekolah Menengah Islam Hidayah. Ridhwan holds a degree from The University of Manchester and completed Cambridge A-Levels at Taylor's College.
