Andrew Dunning has worked in a variety of roles in the sales and business development fields since 2001. Andrew began their career at Peterson's as the Director of Business Development and eLearning (and Director of School, Library and Government Sales). During their time there, they generated 58% of the division's sales via aggressive telephone and field-based market seeding sales strategy, identified opportunity for Tutor-led Classroom Courses and created 6 and 8-week curricula, and developed a strategic top-down sales and marketing initiative for new e-learning programs to districts and libraries. In 2007, they moved to IBFD NA as the Manager, Americas & Caribbean, where they directed all domestic and international sales, client training, marketing, finance and operations for this international publisher of cross-border information. Andrew increased subscription-based sales by 22% and personally managed Fortune 100 clients. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at SmartBrief as the Manager, Content Services, where they stabilized \u201cAt Risk\u201d subscription-based accounts and recaptured lost business, reduced prior annual revenue erosion by 90% via strategic and supportive client account management, and negotiated with C-suite executives, accountancy and Finance Managers and Head Librarians. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Smart Education and Alpha Publishing as the Manager, Business Development, Sales and Marketing, where they managed and expanded Business Development, Sales and Marketing teams, directed Ministry of Education project negotiations and requests for proposals in multiple countries, and collaborated with the UAE Ministry of Education to hold the MEA region\u2019s first ever National Handwriting Competition. In 2018, they began working at BridgeStreet Global Hospitality as the National Sales Manager, where they managed sales to the corporate, educational federal/government and medical markets. Andrew currently works at Dailies App as the Head Of Sales, where they are changing education by providing child-centric parent involved learning (Standards-aligned) programs featuring gamified skills-based lessons and small group LearningPods.
