In 2018, they served as the CEO at Oh Hello, where they focused on building and managing impactful brands through strategy-driven creative work. Natalie's passion for marketing and branding led their to reinvent traditional approaches in order to create emotional connections with customers and drive sales.

In 2022, Natalie became a TV Host for the show "More 2 Advertising" on Daily Ad Brief, further showcasing their expertise in the advertising field. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2018, they worked at Evol Empire Creative, initially as a Business Development professional and later as the Director of Business Development. During their tenure, they played a pivotal role in growing the company from one to 25 employees and developed effective marketing strategies for clients.
