Saad Zaghloul

Saad Zaghloul has a diverse work experience in the field of journalism. Saad is currently serving as the Executive Editor at Asharq News الشرق since August 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Chairperson at Daily News Egypt starting from April 2012. Saad also co-founded Alborsa newspaper in 2008, where they served as the CEO and Chief Executive Editor. Additionally, they co-founded and served as a board member of The Egyptian Investor Relations Association (EIRA) from February 2010. Saad has also worked as a Business Editor at CNN from July 2018 to June 2019 and as the Country Director at Forbes Middle East from April 2016 to July 2018. Furthermore, they were a Media Taskforce member at the MENA Private Equity Association from April 2016 to March 2017. Saad's previous experiences also include working as a Business Editor at Al-Arab News Channel from January 2014 to June 2016, a Producer at CNBC Arabia from April 2005 to April 2008, and a Business Journalist at Alalam Al Youm Newspaper from January 2000 to April 2005.

Saad Zaghloul pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Stock Markets from The Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences (AABFS) between 2008 and 2010.
