Jonathan Friedland

Jonathan Friedland is a board member at DailyDAC and a partner at Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Helsinger LLP. Jonathan has a long history of working in the legal field, with a focus on representing private funds, businesses, and their boards of directors. Jonathan has also taught strategic management at the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and served as the first visiting professor at the Clayton School of Entrepreneurial Law at the University of Tennessee College of Law. In addition to their work in the legal field, Jonathan is also the lead author and editor of several treatises and articles on law, business, and investing. Jonathan has also co-founded two successful businesses.

Jonathan Friedland graduated from Ramapo High School and then attended the University at Albany, SUNY where they earned a BS in Business Administration. Jonathan then attended the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School where they earned their JD. Jonathan is currently licensed to practice law in Arizona, Illinois, New Jersey, and New York.
