Perry Lee

Perry Lee, PMP, ITIL, and CSM, is a highly experienced professional in technical program management, with a career spanning over two decades across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Program Management at DailyPay since January 2025, Perry previously built the Program Management function for FanDuel Sports Network's Direct to Consumer group and led a team of Technical Project Managers at Rhino. With a strong background in executing strategic technology programs at OnDeck and managing application support teams at Morgan Stanley, Perry has demonstrated expertise in standardizing portfolio management processes and driving project execution. Perry holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
