Dr. Pia Jacobi

Dr. Pia Jacobi currently serves as Senior Manager of eDrive Innovation within the R&D department at Daimler Truck AG, a position held since October 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Team Manager for Digital Solutions, focusing on data analytics and measurement equipment, and Development Engineer specializing in zero-emission technologies and fuel cell trucks. Prior to this, Dr. Jacobi was a Doktorandin at Daimler AG from November 2014 to September 2017 and has held various internships and early career positions at Daimler AG and Schaeffler. Academically, Dr. Pia Jacobi holds dual Master's degrees in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from INSA Strasbourg and Robotics & Image Processing from Télécom Physique Strasbourg, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I).
