Eva Scherer

Eva Scherer is an accomplished finance executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Management at Daimler Truck AG since April 2024. In addition, Scherer holds leadership positions as a Board Member at Torc Robotics and Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board at Daimler Buses GmbH, both roles initiated in 2025 and 2024, respectively. Prior to these roles, Scherer amassed extensive experience at Siemens from 2003 to 2024, where responsibilities included Global Head of Investor Relations, CFO for both Mobility Software and Rail Infrastructure, and various financial leadership positions in Asia-Pacific. Scherer's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Bradford, a BA from FOM University of Applied Sciences, and further studies at prestigious institutions such as Harvard, Stanford, and the National University of Singapore.
