Tak Chikatsu

Tak Chikatsu is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior accounting and financial leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at Daimler Truck AG since January 2021, Tak previously held the position of CFO for the Food Wholesale Division at Kikkoman Group from January 2015 to January 2020, where strategic initiatives and financial integrity were key focus areas across multiple European subsidiaries. Earlier experience includes roles such as Finance Manager in the Financial Products Division at Caterpillar Inc., where management of the financial services unit in Japan occurred, and positions at PwC providing advisory services related to capital markets and technical accounting. Tak's career began with independent consulting in accounting and tax for SMEs and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Keio University.
