Aaron is currently the Founder and Managing Partner of Operation Auto Pilot / kineti-tec, where they provide consulting and advisory services to founders and business leaders. Aaron focuses on solving problems related to go-to-market strategies, sales, marketing, and product development, with a specific emphasis on hardtech, mobility, robotics, energy, and emerging technologies.

In addition, Aaron has held various roles in key companies. Aaron worked as the Go-to-Market & Partnerships Lead in the Autonomous Technology Group at Daimler Truck North America. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of New Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Business Development at SoftBank Robotics America, where they played a crucial role in launching and developing new products in the market.

Aaron also has experience in the robotics industry as the Enterprise Go-to-Market & BizDev Lead at OhmniLabs. Aaron was responsible for helping organizations adopt and scale robots to optimize their operations and develop strategic partnerships.

Furthermore, Aaron has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of The MOOD Company, where they created an innovative B2C/B2B2C marketplace platform. Aaron aimed to connect businesses and communities during COVID-19 by providing digital marketplace solutions.
