Niina Hagman

Niina Hagman serves as the Director of Data & AI Transformation Advisory at DAIN Studios since January 2019, leading initiatives to enhance organizations' economic and human potential through data and AI. With a strong background in data and AI strategy, Hagman previously held roles ranging from Principal Consultant to Senior Data & AI Strategist, where significant accomplishments include guiding global manufacturing and telecommunications companies in developing actionable data strategies and implementing advanced analytics solutions. Additionally, Hagman contributed as a Board Member at Liid, advising on digital sales enablement. Prior experience encompasses leadership in Market Intelligence and Customer Analytics at DNA Oy, as well as various research and media management roles. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Turku and a Master of Science in Marketing and Accounting from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
