Nathan Josephsohn

Nathan Josephsohn PhD is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Executive Director of Global Business Development at Dainippon Sumitomo Pharma since March 2020. Previously, Nathan founded and led Regenerate Therapeutics Inc as CEO, focusing on innovative drug development for neurotrophic ocular surface diseases and diabetic retinopathy. Nathan has held various key positions at Dainippon Sumitomo Pharma, including Head of US and EU and Director of External Innovation Development, as well as Associate Director in the Global R&D Strategy Office. Prior experience includes roles at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Leerink Swann, Abbott Laboratories, and Los Alamos National Laboratory. Nathan holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Boston College and a BS in Chemistry from Fort Lewis College.
