Kelsey McConnell

Kelsey McConnell is an experienced auditing professional currently serving as the Manager of Internal Audit at Dairy Farmers of America since August 2016, where responsibilities include representing the department on company-wide initiatives and collaborating on special project requests. Previously, Kelsey held positions as a Senior Internal Auditor and Internal Auditor at the same organization, leading and documenting financial and operational audits while assisting external auditors. Prior to that, Kelsey worked as an Audit Senior Assistant at Deloitte, performing audits across various industries and testing high-risk areas. Early career experience includes roles at Indulge Salon & Day Spa, Deloitte as an AERS Audit Intern, and CBIZ MHM, LLC as an APD Department Intern. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master's in Accounting from The University of Kansas and an Associate of Arts from Johnson County Community College.
