Ken Tibbitts

Ken Tibbitts currently serves as the Group Vice President and General Manager of Beverage Solutions at Dairy Farmers of America, a position held since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading the ESL/Aseptic business. Prior to this role, Tibbitts spent eight years at Saputo Inc., culminating in the role of Senior Vice President of Sales for the Saputo Dairy USA Division, overseeing a combined business with revenues exceeding $5 billion. Tibbitts also held various senior sales positions at Saputo Dairy Foods and Dean Foods, focusing on commercial integration and P&L management. Earlier career achievements include leadership roles at PepsiCo and Eurpac Service Inc. Tibbitts holds an MBA from Dallas Baptist University and a BS in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo.
