Kim has held various roles in the dairy industry, starting as a Sharemilker for Fonterra before transitioning into roles such as Supply Chain Customer Service Manager and Market Integration Manager at Fonterra. Currently employed at Dairy Goat Co-operative as a Customer Account Manager, Kim is responsible for maintaining relationships with the company's largest customers in China and Taiwan for both Goat and Cow formula products. Kim's extensive experience in Sales Operations and Customer Interaction management has equipped them to lead customer-facing teams and drive improvements within global businesses.
