Brent Miller

Brent Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in food service design and project management. Currently serving as the Equipment Innovation Manager at International Dairy Queen since December 2008, Brent has previously worked as the Founder and Foodservice Designer at Cafe Partners from December 2004 to January 2008, offering a variety of services including kitchen design and consulting for specialty food businesses. Additional roles include Director of Retail Design at Simply Retail in 2008 and Franchise Consultant at FranChoice, Inc. in 2007. Brent holds degrees from Augsburg University and the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, attended from 1988 to 1992.
