Erica Meyer

Erica Meyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and customer relations across various industries. Since November 2018, Erica has served as a Technology Trainer at Dairy Queen, earning the 2020 Red Spoon Elevate award through nominations from multiple Regional Directors of Operations. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Process Design Developer at Best Buy, where Erica developed and evaluated business processes. At Caribou Coffee, both as a Training Coordinator and Customer Relations Representative, Erica created course materials and managed customer feedback to enhance business outcomes. Additional roles include managing financial aid processes at Regency Beauty Institute, working as a Reserve Teacher for Robbinsdale Area Schools, and teaching Eighth Grade Health at Wayzata Public Schools. Erica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
