Jodie Goudswaard

Jodie Goudswaard is currently the DairyBase Operations Manager at DairyNZ, leading the DairyBase team. Jodie is also a Senior Data Analyst working with farmers to complete their Overseer data. In addition, Jodie is the Director of Goud Milk Ltd, where Jodie manages various aspects of the dairy farming business. Jodie has also held roles in the Dairy Women's Network, serving as both a Regional Group Leader and a Conference Committee Chair. Apart from their career in the dairy industry, Jodie has also been involved in community leadership roles, such as serving as President of Te Kauwhata Playcentre and being part of the Governance Board for Thames Valley Coromandel Playcentre Association. With a background in leisure studies and sustainable nutrient management in agriculture, Jodie brings a diverse skill set to their various roles and responsibilities.
