Renee Bucholtz

Renee Bucholtz is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People and Culture Team Manager at DairyNZ since October 2018. Previously, Renee held the position of HR Manager at Campbell Arnott's, where a focus on high-performance organizational culture and talent development was emphasized. Renee's past experience at Fonterra included roles as Senior HR Advisor for MEA&CIS and SEA regions, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR implementation across multiple countries, as well as providing generalist HR support in various manufacturing sites in New Zealand. Renee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from The University of Waikato, majoring in Human Resources and Strategic Management.
