Chief Innovation Officer at Dais Corporation

Rasool Isfahani's work experience begins in 2010 with their role as a Research Assistant at the University of Florida, where they developed a membrane-based absorption refrigeration system and performed thermodynamic analysis using EES software. Rasool then became a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, designing and fabricating a prototype 1-ton membrane-based absorption refrigeration system and studying absorption and desorption processes with ionic liquids.

In 2015, Isfahani joined Dais Corporation as a Senior Development Engineer, leading the launch of a new generation of membrane-based wastewater treatment technology. Rasool was involved in all stages of the product, from design and prototyping to manufacturing and production. In 2017, they were promoted to Director of Product Innovation, a role they held until 2021.

Currently, Isfahani is the Chief Innovation Officer at Dais Corporation, a position they have held since January 2022.

Rasool Isfahani completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran from 2003 to 2007. Rasool then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the University of Tehran from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Florida from 2010 to 2014, simultaneously earning a Master of Science (MS) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
