Okaryo Sho

Okaryo Sho currently serves as the SVP, Chief Digital & Information Officer at Daiso USA since January 2023 and is a Visiting Researcher on Quantum technologies at Waseda University. In addition, Okaryo Sho holds the position of Advisor at NineSigma and is an active Seed Investor. Prior to these roles, Okaryo Sho was the Director for Strategy, US growth, and HR at SmartNews, Inc. from January 2021 to November 2021, and a Partner at McKinsey & Company from September 2005 to December 2020, specializing in McKinsey Digital and Business Technology across various regions. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at SAP and developing solutions at SAP Labs Tokyo. Okaryo Sho holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
