Les Price

Les Price has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Les began their career as an Operations Director at Merit Support Ltd, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the business. In 1999, they joined ICM Business Continuity Services as an Operations Manager, overseeing the delivery of Business Continuity services from 12 centers across the UK. After the acquisition of ICM by Phoenix, they became the Central Operations Manager at ICM Continuity Services, focusing on process improvement and asset management. In 2012, they joined Daisy Group as the Head of Business Continuity Operations, responsible for delivering services to over 1,700 customers nationwide. Les has a strong background in service delivery, budget management, and personnel oversight.

Les Price attended Eirias Park High School in Colwyn Bay from 1971 to 1976. Les then pursued a Telecommunications Engineering field of study at the Army Apprentice College in Harrogate from 1976 to 1979. Les also obtained a certification in Strategic Leadership Masterclass from In Professional Development (InPD) in July 2023.
