Melissa Wagner

Melissa Wagner is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in vocational rehabilitation, sales, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist at Daivergent since June 2023, Melissa provides online training in vocational, social, and life skills for neurodivergent clients. As the owner of Lather Earth Soap, established in January 2018, Melissa crafts all-natural soap and donates 10% of profits to the Natural Resources Defense Council. Previous roles include Sales Representative and Job Coach at Quality Connections Inc., outside sales at Green Mountain Energy Company, and account management at NRG Energy, coupled with recruitment coordination at the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Melissa holds an Associate's degree in Finance from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
