Amy Chapman

Amy Chapman currently serves as Chief of Staff and Head of Sustainability at Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd since June 2023. Previously, Amy held various roles at Barclays from 2011 to 2021, including business manager in the Chief of Staff Office and head of business management for Finance, Operations, and Technology. Notable contributions at Barclays included providing strategic support to the CIB CEO and managing budget efficiency initiatives. Earlier experience at Deutsche Bank involved project management and leading operations across Europe and Asia, implementing new systems and restructuring operational areas for efficiency. Amy holds a BA Hons in History from the University of Bristol and attended St George’s School in Edinburgh.
