Cindy Marks P. Eng.

Cindy Marks P. Eng., CRL has a diverse and extensive work experience. Cindy currently serves as the President of Dajcor Aluminum Ltd. since 2022. Cindy is also a board member of The Coalition to Empower Gender Equality since 2021. Prior to these roles, Cindy was the Managing Director and Board Member of Ljunghall Canada Inc. from 2021 to 2022. Cindy also worked as the Plant Manager of THK Rhythm Automotive from 2021 to 2021, and as the General Manager of Lakeshore Operations at Can Art Aluminum Extrusion from 2019 to 2021.

Cindy has significant management experience with Kaiser Aluminum, where they held various positions including Director of Operations, Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager. Cindy'sresponsibilities included P&L oversight, strategic planning, commercial growth initiatives, capital deployment, manufacturing improvement activities, and driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Cindy was also involved in the implementation and compliance of automotive quality systems.

Prior to their time at Kaiser Aluminum, Cindy worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at ITT Automotive, where they developed a product launch system and achieved QS9000 certification. Cindy also gained experience as a Process Engineer at Alcan, where they focused on process parameter development, product line optimization, and various testing and design activities.

Cindy Marks P. Eng., CRL has a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Queen's University, which they completed from 1987 to 1991. In 2015 to 2017, they attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they focused on Battle tested Leadership Strategies for Executives. In 2017, they obtained the CRL Designation (Certified Reliability Leader) from the Association of Asset Management Professionals, specializing in Maintenance Reliability. In 2006 to 2008, they attended the Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, completing the Strategic Metals Management Program. Cindy then pursued the Lean Management Certification Program at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
