Randi Streff, MBA, RN has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Randi has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career.

Randi started their career in 2006 as a Registered Nurse at Hospice of the Red River Valley, where they worked until 2008. During this time, they gained valuable experience in providing patient care.

In 2008, Randi joined The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society as the Director of Nursing. Randi played a crucial role in managing the nursing department until 2013.

Next, Randi joined Essentia Health in 2013 as a Registered Nurse and also took on the responsibility of an Operations Manager. Randi worked in these roles until 2018, acquiring a deep understanding of healthcare operations.

In 2018, Randi joined Dakota Family Services - Outpatient Mental Health Clinic as the Clinic Director. Randi held this position until 2023, during which they also served as Vice President of Outpatient Services and later as Vice President of Clinical Services.

Most recently, Randi joined Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch as the Vice President of Clinical Services in 2023.

Randi Streff, MBA, RN has an extensive education history. Randi first attended Carroll College from 1998 to 1999, where they studied Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Following that, they attended Ridgewater College from 2000 to 2002 and earned a practical nursing certification in Practical Nursing, Vocational Nursing, and Nursing Assistants. Later, from 2004 to 2005, they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Ridgewater College.

Randi continued their education at Bellevue University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from 2012 to 2013. In 2021, they returned to Bellevue University and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services, which they completed in 2022.

In addition to their academic achievements, Randi Streff has obtained various certifications. Randi became a Registered Nurse (RN) in May 2006 through the ND Board of Nursing. Randi also obtained a certification as a Registered Nurse from the MN Board of Nursing in June 2005. Most recently, in December 2022, they obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
