Joe B. is an experienced housing professional with a background in real estate, property management, and building inspection. Currently, Joe is the business owner of Housing Consultants LLC, specializing in UPCS and HQS inspections in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Prior to this, Joe held positions as a UPCS Inspector at Affordable Housing Connections, Housing Inspector at Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities and Dakota County Community Development Agency, among other roles in the housing and real estate industry. Additionally, Joe has a Bachelor's Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Arizona, along with a Building Inspection Technology Certificate from North Hennepin Community College.
