Lisa Alfson

Lisa Alfson has a background in criminology, sociology, and French from the University of Northern Iowa. Lisa holds a Masters Degree in Public Affairs with a focus on local government and nonprofit management from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Lisa has held various leadership positions at Dakota County and Dakota County Community Development Agency, where Lisa currently serves as the Director of Community & Economic Development.
