Amy Hansen has over 20 years of diverse work experience in human resources, payroll, and implementation roles. Amy is currently employed at Dakota Electric Association as a Human Resources professional. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at General Parts Group, where they oversaw HR operations for 400 employees across multiple states. In addition to their formal education, Amy has obtained several certifications. Amy received the SHRM-CP certification from the SHRM institution in March 2015. In January 2011, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Amy also holds the Fundamentals of Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association, which they obtained in January 2003.
