Bryan Kuzel

Bryan Kuzel is an accomplished Human Resources Director with extensive experience leading HR functions in diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Dakota Electric Association since September 2025, Bryan previously held the same position at Mississippi Market Natural Foods Co-op, where strategic HR leadership was provided to support over 200 employees. Prior roles include HR Business Partner for the University of Minnesota's Medical School, where significant value was added through workforce planning and performance management initiatives, and Human Resources Generalist at Union Gospel Mission Twin Cities, where key accomplishments included the development of a performance evaluation system and management of compensation programs. Bryan's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Minnesota.
