Matt Pedersen

Matt Pedersen is a CPA with extensive experience in finance and accounting. Matt currently serves as the President at Dakota REIT and previously held the title of Chief Investment Officer at the same company. Prior to joining Dakota REIT, Matt was the President and Owner of Ludvigson Braun & Co. CPA Advisors, where Matt provided a range of financial services to businesses and individual clients. Matt also has a background in working at Microsoft, where Matt held various roles including Global Customer Support Systems Manager and Lead Consultant on the Business Intelligence Team. Matt started their career as a Senior Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
