Jennifer Mester, CHMM, is a seasoned professional in environmental regulatory compliance and safety management, currently serving as a Regulatory Analyst at Dakota Software since August 2023. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Compliance Program Manager at Encamp, where expertise in RCRA was utilized. Jennifer has extensive experience managing environmental compliance for the City of Cleveland's Department of Public Utilities, leading the chemical HazMat Team and overseeing policy implementation. Additional roles include EHS&S Manager at Valtris Specialty Chemicals, EH&S Specialist at Affymetrix, and Environmental Scientist/Co-Project Manager at Partners Environmental Consulting, Inc. Jennifer began their career as an Environmental Consultant at Bureau Veritas and has foundational experience as a Water Quality Intern with the Ohio EPA and a Storm Water Technician with the Lake County General Health District. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Lake Erie College.
