Deborah Lee

Deborah Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at DAKOTABILITIES since April 2023, Deborah has previously held significant roles at Sanford Health Plan as both Claims Manager and Benefits Manager from December 2015 to December 2022. Prior to this, Deborah was an Independent Benefits Advisor and Business Owner at Aflac from February 2001 to December 2015. Deborah also served as Executive Director at Concepts of Care from April 1992 to February 2001 and as Recreation Director/Staff Trainer at United Cerebral Palsy from January 1987 to April 1992. Deborah holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of South Dakota, earned between 1983 and 1986.
