Beth Bonnstetter

Beth Bonnstetter is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Daktronics since February 2012, Beth has worked in both the Manufacturing Division and the International Sales & Service Division, offering strategic support to leadership and managing HR processes. Prior to this role, Beth contributed as an HR Assistant at Daktronics and as a Regional Recruiter at The Schwan Food Company, focusing on high-volume recruitment and training in ethical hiring practices. Beth’s career began at The Schwan Food Company in various customer service and HR roles, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and General Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
