Paul Gilk

Paul Gilk's work experience includes holding the position of Director of Quality & Reliability at Daktronics from September 2013 to the present, and previously serving as an Engineering Manager at the same company from August 2001 to September 2013. Prior to their time at Daktronics, they worked as an Electrical Engineering Manager at Didde Web Press from March 1996 to August 2001, and as an Electrical Design Engineer at Sencore from December 1991 to March 1996.

Paul Gilk earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from South Dakota State University, with minors in Computer Science and Math, from 1986 to 1991. Paul then pursued studies in Computer Science at Augustana University from 1993 to 1996, but did not obtain a degree. In 2004, they earned a Mini MBA in Leading Company Growth from the University of St. Thomas, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
