Waheed Barghouthi

Waheed Barghouthi is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the computer industry and over 8 years in electronics. Currently serving as the Founder and Builder at Ropotato since July 2024, Waheed is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of AI and machine learning. As the CTO and Founder of Dakwak.com since October 2009, Waheed has been instrumental in architecting and maintaining the platform, utilizing various technologies. Prior experiences include roles such as Systems Architecture Expert and DevOps Engineer at envelio, leading the incubation of Dakwak Inc. at 500 Startups, and working as a Software Architect at Saascoin to develop an open payment gateway. Waheed's early career included positions at the BBC World Service Trust, Toot Corp, and STS, alongside earning a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Jami'at Al-Ulum Al-Tatbiqiya.
