Uğur Karpuz

Uğur Karpuz is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in sales and project management within the cement and CFD industries. At DAL ENGINEERING GROUP since September 2015, Uğur has held roles from Sales Director to R&D Center Manager, leading design studies, managing sales activities, and overseeing funded projects. Uğur has also managed internal simulations as a Simulation Team Manager and served as a Senior CFD Engineer, focusing on equipment design and database creation. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Sales Responsible at EnginSoft, where Uğur facilitated software sales through demonstrations and projects, and as a Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer at FİGES A.Ş., contributing to notable optimization projects. Uğur holds a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
